Talent Management and Development Associate

supports the Talent Development team in coordinating and delivering global, firm‑wide leadership development programs. The associate works closely with colleagues across regions, functions, and external partners to ensure programs are executed with precision and a high‑quality participant experience.

Responsibilities

Support the design and delivery of global, firm‑wide leadership development programs, working with HR partners, business stakeholders, and global and regional counterparts.

Coordinate end‑to‑end program and project management activities across regions—planning, execution, evaluation, and ongoing enhancements.

Track, analyze, and maintain program data, using metrics to assess impact and identify opportunities.

Execute programming with disciplined planning, ensuring accurate management of timelines, materials, communications, and deliverables.

Coordinate high‑touch, high‑visibility global leadership experiences and events, supporting complex logistics and a consistent participant experience.

Support external vendor and partner coordination, including budgets, sourcing, contracting, approvals, and invoice tracking across multiple regions.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in HR, Talent Development, or Diversity, Equity & Inclusion within a complex, global organization.

Strong partnership and relationship‑building skills, with experience collaborating with HR colleagues and employees at multiple levels across regions.

Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with ability to support shared outcomes.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including experience tracking and analyzing program data and metrics.

Solid program and project management skills—coordination of initiatives, event planning, logistics, and execution of high‑touch experiences across geographies.

Demonstrated use of metrics, best practices, and tools to support program effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, providing thoughtful support and follow‑through.

Proven ability to operate in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

Benefits and Compensation
Expected base pay ranges from $70,000 to $115,000 per year, with additional compensation such as commission, incentive, bonuses, and other sponsored benefit programs. Morgan Stanley provides a comprehensive benefits package to support employees and their families.
