The Role

The Relationship Manager proposes, initiates, and oversees all loan and deposit programs provided by the company; ensures that lending and deposit activities meet the needs of customers. The role focuses on building Commercial Lending relationships in the assigned market through active networking, establishing relationships with new business prospects, and growing existing customer relationships.
What You’ll Do

Manage loan renewals and modifications
Handle administrative extensions shared with Portfolio Managers
Engage in community involvement (serving on local non‑profit boards, Chamber of Commerce, etc.)
Provide relationship management and answer customer questions regarding deposits, loans, and digital banking
Create credit memos, structure deals, price loans, and move processes through to completion
Review covenants and assemble data for annual relationship reviews
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline is required.
Five to ten years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
