Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced sales professional to manage and grow our global business relationship with one of the world’s largest entertainment companies.
As a Global Account Manager, you will drive revenue growth, build C‑level relationships, develop account strategies that align AWS cloud solutions with business goals, and lead cross‑functional teams to support the customer.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholder groups including C‑level executives, IT, and business units.
Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities for compute, storage, AI/ML, Media Services, and content delivery workloads.
Develop and manage sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
Collaborate with AWS resources (Solution Architects, Marketing, Partners, Professional Services) to support customer adoption and migration.
Coordinate executive business reviews and maintain customer satisfaction.
Co‑sell with partners and leverage AWS senior leadership to advance partnership discussions.
Business Skills
Strategic account planning and executive relationship building across global markets.
Articulate business value, business outcomes, and ROI for cloud solutions.
Strong collaboration across cross‑functional and cross‑regional teams.
Experience with partner ecosystem development and co‑selling.
Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and business audiences.
Ability to align customer business challenges to cloud‑based solutions.
Cloud Knowledge
Understanding of core cloud services relevant to entertainment and broadcast workloads (compute, storage, databases, analytics, ML/AI, edge services, content distribution, security).
Familiarity with cloud partner ecosystems and Professional Services capabilities.
Basic Qualifications
9+ years of technology‑related sales, business development, or equivalent experience.
10 years of experience working with and presenting to C‑level executives, IT, and lines of business across organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating and implementing long‑term transformational account strategies in a customer‑facing role.
6+ years of entertainment marketing, audio, or other media sales experience.
Experience in cross‑functional selling (architect, sales engineer, professional services, partner, ISV).
Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large‑scale technology projects for global customers.
