We are seeking a detail-oriented

Campaign Coordinator

to support automotive service campaigns and field actions in a fast-paced environment. This temporary role is ideal for candidates with strong

data analysis, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration

experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate

vehicle campaign launches

and ensure readiness across North America
Review technical documentation, service procedures, and campaign requirements
Analyze vehicle data, parts usage, and campaign scope for accuracy
Partner with

engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and safety teams
Support

parts availability and inventory planning

for campaign execution
Track campaign progress and provide insights to support decision-making
Ensure accuracy of part numbers, quantities, and vehicle applications
Assist with urgent field actions and high-priority initiatives

What We're Looking For
Strong

analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with

automotive service operations, campaigns, or warranty programs
Ability to manage multiple projects in a

fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
High attention to detail when reviewing technical data
