Senior Art Director

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Art Director for a full-time remote position, responsible for conceptualizing and designing digital creative across social and video channels, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging content that meets client objectives.
Key responsibilities:

Concept and design best-in-class digital creative with a focus on visual storytelling and performance
Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and project managers to ensure alignment with creative briefs and brand voice
Lead visual execution from concept to delivery, mentoring junior team members and driving project efficiency

Required qualifications:

2+ years of experience in visual design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns and video-driven work
Prior experience in a social agency or with high-volume, high-visibility accounts
On-set and content production experience, including collaboration with video directors and editors
Strong client presentation skills and ability to advocate for creative ideas
Excellent design sensibility with knowledge of social best practices for optimal performance
