What You'll Do:

As our Director of Sales, you will lead all sales and marketing initiatives, directly impacting the lives of our residents and the success of our team by:

Driving occupancy goals and maximizing community census through strategic marketing, prospecting, and referral partner development.
Managing the entire sales process from inquiry to close, including organizing and conducting in-person/virtual tours and home visits to advance prospective residents' decisions.
Planning, coordinating, and leading engaging events and activities to promote the community and generate new leads.
Cultivating strong relationships with prospective residents and families, and collaborating with them to highlight our property, amenities, and services.
Overseeing the resident move-in process, ensuring agreements are understood, and facilitating new resident orientations.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and all local, state, and federal regulations, while setting high expectations for first impressions and community appearance.
Requirements

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of sales or sales support experience in a senior living or related industry supervisory or leadership role.
Proven sales skills with a solid understanding of the sales process from inquiry to close, and a track record of driving results
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results, with a strong understanding of sales CRM and other technical tools to track data.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree or some college coursework in a related field (preferred).
Must possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record, with the ability to travel throughout the local community.
The ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse groups, navigate challenging situations, and make sound decisions.
Strong technical skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to maintain confidential and privileged information (including HIPAA, residents, and associates).
