Virtual Vocations Inc is hiring: Art and Production Director in New York

Providing strategic creative direction, the full-time Art and Production Director will oversee the production of high-quality visual communications across print and digital platforms while managing a design team and ensuring alignment with institutional brand standards in a hybrid remote environment.
Key responsibilities

Provide creative leadership and art direction for all design projects to ensure brand-aligned visual communications
Supervise and mentor design team members, managing workflows and maintaining quality standards
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into effective visual communications

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent portfolio-based experience considered
8+ years of professional design experience with a progression into creative leadership or production management roles
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) on a Mac-based system
Strong understanding of print production processes, including file preparation and quality control
Demonstrated experience managing creative teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
