Job Overview Senior Alternatives Sales Manager — Investor Services
Responsibility: grow BBH’s roster of alternative fund clients, primarily focusing on private markets.
Responsibilities Business Development: direct responsibility for development of business opportunities, delivering revenue target as set by Global Head of Alternative Sales. Build a pipeline of qualified prospects based on commercial insights on industry trends, regulatory changes and client investment strategy. Identify and build strong relationships with key decision makers (C‑Level). Evaluate existing client relationships and identify new revenue streams through active communication and collaboration with relationship managers. Promote BBH products and services throughout the industry and position BBH for long‑term opportunities. Represent BBH at regional industry events as agreed with Sales team. Build and maintain an influencer network within appropriate region to generate inbound referrals. Close collaboration with Consultant Relations team and wider BBH sales teams ensuring all interactions are logged.
Planning and Strategy: develop and maintain detailed sales plans and analysis for individual clients and prospects. Continuously update sales opportunities, all client/prospect interactions and contacts within Sales Force. Monitor development and progress against sales plans for clients/prospects. Monitor and track clients and potential clients by developing an in‑depth knowledge of their 1‑, 3‑, and 5‑year business strategy, organizational changes and related activities. Actively track and communicate client and market intelligence back to appropriate BBH resources and colleagues.
Product Knowledge: develop in‑depth product knowledge of BBH’s core products and services for Alternative fund managers as well as across the broader BBH Investor Services business.

Salary Range Base salary: $175,000–$245,000 plus annual incentive. BBH and its affiliates’ compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit‑sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
