Leading complex global deals, the full-time salaried Transformation Director will manage transition activities, oversee project execution, and ensure alignment of resources and financial structures while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Provide Transition Management support for complex or global deals, ensuring project proposals and contracts are finalized
Lead the development and implementation of communication plans throughout the transition cycle and steady state period
Review and confirm project accounting structures and budgets, ensuring client billing processes are accurate and complete
Required qualifications
BA/BS degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Master's degree preferred
Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government for access to export-controlled commodities and technology
