WTOL 11 is seeking a Local Sales Manager to drive daily revenue performance with a strong focus on digital, CTV, streaming, and new business growth. This is a hands‑on leadership role centered on coaching, accountability, and execution.

Responsibilities

Drive daily sales activity, including client meetings, pipeline growth, and new business development

Enforce digital‑first selling behavior across all proposals and client strategies

Coach Account Executives on prospecting, discovery, and integrated selling

Lead weekly pipeline reviews and performance conversations

Participate in client meetings to support closing and strategy

Partner with digital and Premion teams to build effective proposals

Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Create a high‑performance, accountable sales culture

Requirements

5–7 years of media sales experience

Strong performance as a seller or emerging leader

Experience selling or supporting digital, CTV, or streaming solutions

Ability to drive activity and accountability

Strong communication and coaching skills

Comfort working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment

Desire to grow into senior leadership roles

Pay Range
\$95,000–$115,000 USD
