Job Description
Aaron’s is an industry leader in the sales and lease‑to‑own retail industry, known for quality brand names and superior customer service. Our teams are highly energetic, recognition‑based, and focused on growth and customer satisfaction.

The salary range for this role is $12.00 to $14.00 per hour. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Responsibilities

Build long‑lasting customer and vendor relationships.

Generate leads and close agreements.

Process renewal payments and manage merchandise to keep showroom floors well maintained.

Assist General Manager with operational functions and, when required, handle deliveries.

Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills.

An aptitude for marketing.

The desire to make a difference for our customers.

Minimum age 21 years old (18 in Canada).

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Two years of college or previous management experience preferred.

Valid state Driver’s License and compliance with DOT certification requirements (U.S.).

Flexible schedule with availability between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly.
