We're looking for an exceptional, senior‑level writer with top‑notch strategic, conceptual, and research skills (and English as a first language) to step into a leadership role as our full‑time, in‑house

Senior Copywriter .

In this role, you will take

full creative oversight

of communications for multiple marquee global clients, gaining a deep strategic insight into their businesses. While you will remain highly hands‑on in crafting compelling copy for Loyalty, CRM, and other multi‑channel communications, you will also act as the creative guardian—ensuring all copy output is conceptually brilliant, on‑brand, and highly persuasive.

As a senior member of the Experience Design team, you will not work in a vacuum. You will

partner closely with a creative counterpart

(such as a Senior Art Director or Lead Designer) to co‑develop powerful creative concepts, brainstorm big ideas, and establish the visual and verbal direction for major campaigns.

Alongside your creative counterpart, you will collaborate with communication strategists, CX/UX designers, data scientists, tech developers, and project managers to translate complex data and user journeys into seamless, articulate messaging.

You will interact with interesting and kind colleagues in a setting that prioritizes collaboration and camaraderie. We come from diverse backgrounds and have unique skillsets, giving you plenty of opportunities to mentor junior talent and apply your deep industry expertise.

Required skills and qualifications:

8+ years of copywriting and conceptual experience

within a leading advertising, digital, or in‑house agency.

Proven brand experience working with Automotive or Premium/Luxury sectors

is essential (please highlight this in your portfolio).

Demonstrated experience in a lead capacity , with a portfolio that proves your ability to take full creative oversight of campaigns from concept to delivery.

Experience

partnering directly with Art Directors/Designers

to build unified visual and verbal concepts.

Flawless, world‑class writing and storytelling talents in English (native/bilingual proficiency).

A relevant degree in Advertising, Portfolio School, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.

Strong presentation skills, with the ability to confidently pitch ideas internally and directly to senior global clients.

Excellent self‑management skills, with the ability to lead projects independently, direct others, and meet tight deadlines.
