Social Media Associate

Location: Upaya Head Office, Thapagau

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and publish content across our social media platforms.

Maintain and align the content calendar with campaigns while ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.

Assist in creating short-form videos and posts while coordinating with designers and editors

Develop engaging captions, copy, and content ideas, and also assist in scripting for videos

Stay updated with social media trends and recommend content opportunities

Track and analyze social media performance and recommend improvements

Qualifications

Minimum 1 Year of Experience in a similar field

Bachelor's Running or above

Must be updated with trending contents

Excellent written and vocal communication skills in English and Nepali

Should not be camera shy
