To support a temporary leave, the part-time Marketing Communications Specialist will manage the publishing and maintenance of external website content while contributing to a significant content cleanup project remotely, preferably from the east coast and aligned with the EST time zone.
Key responsibilities
Publish and maintain content on the external website and intranet using Adobe Experience Manager
Collaborate with designers, writers, and editors to create pages that adhere to established design and brand guidelines
Conduct ongoing audits of site and intranet health, addressing metadata accuracy, broken links, and outdated pages
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or HS Diploma/GED with significant practical experience (2-3+ years) in enterprise content management
Hands-on experience with web content management systems
Familiarity with web and metadata standards such as Schema.org and Google Core Web Vitals
Proficiency with Microsoft 365
Strong communication skills for managing content requests and stakeholder updates
