Job Description
Welcome to the client Innovation Planning team! We are the glue that holds the manufacturing operation together. We intake build requests, schedule them on the appropriate lines and write the build instructions for associates to follow. We work closely with R&D, Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing on a daily basis. As a small team we support each other to ensure we are all successful.
Responsibilities
Create, develop, plan, write and edit operational, instructional, maintenance or test procedures for SD Manufacturing team to follow.
Meet and interact with various users and technical experts to gather data for documentation.
Research and translate technical information into documents for nontechnical and technical users.
Document engineering processes and specifications as needed.
Recommend formats responsive to technical and customer requirements.
Produce products that conform to the company documentation and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Adobe) to stay organized and track progress.
Outgoing nature and ability to reach out to new people to ask for input to gather information for build packets.
Prior knowledge of clean room environments and FDA controlled industries.
Ability to understand engineers and translate their knowledge so manufacturing associates can follow.
Willingness to learn new things quickly.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 2-5 years related experience or Master's degree and 0-2 years' equivalent experience.
