CSlope Solutions is hiring a Junior Web Developer to support a federal client within the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP). This role is ideal for early-career developers seeking to grow their skills in a structured, mission-driven environment while contributing to enterprise-level web applications supporting Navy logistics systems.

Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and maintenance of enterprise web applications and websites

Develop front‑end components, fix defects, and support ongoing application updates

Support senior and journeyman developers with coding, testing, and implementation tasks

Write, test, and debug assigned code modules

Participate in Agile processes, including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Assist with requirements understanding, technical research, and documentation

Contribute to code reviews, team training sessions, and continuous learning initiatives

Support development environment setup, configuration, and dependency management

Required Qualifications

1–3 years of web development experience (internship, co‑op, or professional)

Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

Exposure to at least one modern front‑end framework (React, Angular, or Vue) or willingness to learn

Basic experience using Git or version control systems (e.g., commit, push, pull requests)

Strong willingness to learn and grow in a structured federal IT environment

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

Internship or coursework supporting enterprise or government systems

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies

Completion of a coding bootcamp or relevant technical certification

Work Environment & Requirements

Full-time, on-site work at NAVSUP Business Systems Center in Norfolk, VA

Candidates must be local to or willing to relocate to the Hampton Roads area

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (Tier 2 or higher) clearance

No remote or hybrid work options are available for this role

Security Clearance

Public Trust (Tier 2 or higher); Secret preferred
