JOB OVERVIEW
Provide front line support for onboarding, data collection, renewals, certificates tracking, and day‑to‑day member servicing for Real Estate clients in Property and Casualty insurance programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Account Executives as needed
Analyze policy data
Coordinate member onboarding tasks, data intake, and documentation
Maintain service trackers, contact lists, and knowledge bases
Surface member issues promptly and follow through to resolution
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of Commercial Insurance Agency experience preferred
Active P&C license or willingness to obtain one when hired
Experience with Sagitta or other Agency Management System and Image Right preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
Project a professional image in action and appearance
Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
High level of accountability and flexibility
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
COMPENSATION
The national average salary for this role is $80,000 – $100,000 in base pay, exclusive of bonuses or benefits. Base pay offered will be determined based on experience, skills, training, certifications, and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
