Social Media Content Creator (Full time, on site)
Position Summary

Upstate Power House seeks a Social Media Content Creator to document and produce short‑form video and photo content that showcases our training facility and athletes.
Responsibilities

Visit the facility 2–3 times per week to capture photo and video content
Shoot and edit short‑form video (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Write captions that sound like a real human, not marketing boilerplate
Help build and maintain a consistent posting rhythm across Instagram and Facebook
Collaborate directly with the owner to develop content strategy
Requirements

Portfolio of existing content, especially sports content
Proficiency in short‑form video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci, or similar)
Deep familiarity with Instagram and TikTok, using these platforms regularly
Baseball or softball background or genuine passion for athletic content
Reliability – attend scheduled shoots as promised
Compensation & Benefits

Payment: $500–$1,200 per month
1099 contractor; flexible hours
Access to facility (batting cages, gym, HitTrax)
Creative ownership and growth opportunities
Location

Hybrid remote in Duncan, SC 29334. Must be on site for shoots.
