Barnhill Supply is a small, but growing company that manufactures and distributes industry‑leading chimney products to companies throughout central Kentucky and the surrounding regions. We are currently seeking an honest, hard‑working, reliable individual to join our team as a full‑time Marketing Design Coordinator.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Graphic Design: Design high‑quality, creative content for print, digital, and social media.
Coordinate and create content for promotions, gifts, and trade shows.
Develop branded assets and ensure brand consistency for signage, marketing events, and campaigns.
Make the company vision, values, and products come to life through digital and print media.
Propose new campaign opportunities and execute approved plans.
Web/Digital Support: Assist with updates to the marketing website, work with developers to maintain the e‑commerce site and ensure consistency with the marketing website.
Take product photographs for use in designs, online galleries, and social media.
Shoot and edit video content for marketing and social media.
Develop and maintain content for the product catalog.
Work with sales and customer service to identify and implement marketing opportunities.
Learn about customers and translate that knowledge into effective designs.
Support sales and Customer Account Coordinators by communicating with customers as needed.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Ability to use a wide range of tools (including AI, if applicable) to generate concepts, streamline workflows, and produce amazing content.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; or relevant experience.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Expert‑level command of the English language; must be able to write technical and creative content clearly and succinctly.
Creativity and strong aptitude in graphic design and media creation.
Experience utilizing online tools and analytics to drive decisions.
Ability to develop and execute short‑term and long‑term project plans.
Self‑motivation and ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
Ability to understand customer needs and expectations.
Great work ethic with a high level of integrity.
To be considered for this position, all candidates must submit a portfolio demonstrating creativity, a high aptitude in Adobe Creative Suite, and an exceptional eye for detail.
