Qualifications

Must be able to work onsite in

Rosemead, CA . This is a fully onsite position with no remote or hybrid option.
Previous onsite desktop support experience with conference room or AV support.
Displays and monitors
Projectors
Microphones and speakers
Cabling and signal flow
Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple AV platforms (technology-agnostic).
Professional, customer-focused communication skills with the ability to support users in active meeting environments.
Ability to work independently in a ticket-driven environment, prioritize urgent issues, and manage work across multiple locations.
