Role Description
The Multimedia Producer is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, OH, responsible for coordinating and producing multimedia content across MH ONE TV Network’s entertainment, devotional, and news channels. This role involves planning program concepts, scripting segments, and overseeing video, audio, and graphic production for broadcast and digital platforms. The Multimedia Producer will collaborate closely with directors, editors, on-air talent, and technical teams to ensure high-quality, culturally relevant content that aligns with channel branding and programming standards. Daily tasks include managing production schedules, supervising shoots, reviewing and refining edits, integrating music and visual elements, and preparing content for final broadcast. The role also includes monitoring audience feedback and performance metrics to refine content and contribute ideas for new shows and formats.

Qualifications

Strong skills in multimedia production, including video, audio, and graphics coordination.

Experience in broadcast or digital media environments, preferably in entertainment or news.

Proficiency with video editing software and basic familiarity with motion graphics tools.

Ability to manage production timelines, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously.

Effective communication and collaboration skills with creative, technical, and on-air teams.

Understanding of Punjabi language and culture is highly beneficial; proficiency in Punjabi and Hindi is an advantage.

Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Relevant degree or diploma in Media Studies, Film Production, Mass Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Willingness to work on-site in Delhi, OH, with flexibility for production hours as needed.
