Chapter Engagement Strategist

The Institute of Internal Auditors is seeking a Chapter Engagement Specialist to act as a liaison between IIA Headquarters and chapter leaders to enhance membership retention and collaboration. This role involves guiding chapter leaders, fostering relationships, and organizing training and events.
The ideal candidate should have experience in nonprofit engagement, strong communication skills, and knowledge of event management systems. This role requires occasional in-person visits to chapters and will involve about 40% in-office work at HQ in Lake Mary, Florida.
