Trilix is seeking a highly creative Videographer/Editor, with an emphasis on sports media, to create unique and engaging fan content for in-venue and social platforms. Working directly with the Iowa Wild, this role develops a wide variety of videos from concept to completion in collaboration with the Trilix video team.

Key Responsibilities
Production & Capture

Game Coverage:

Capture and document games, practices, player appearances, and team-related activities.

Concept Execution:

Conceptualize and execute video concepts and deliverables from concept to completion.

Editing & Post-Production

Social Content:

Edit a variety of sports-related content optimized for social media platforms.

Feedback & Revisions:

Respond to constructive direction and feedback to improve final products.

Planning & Production Management

Production Planning:

Apply effective planning skills to execute at all levels of production.

Deadline Management:

Efficiently multi-task to meet deadlines and marketing objectives.

Collaboration

Team Collaboration:

Utilize strong collaboration skills with fellow members of the Trilix and Iowa Wild teams.

Skills and Qualifications

Education:

A degree in film production, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience:

2–3 years of experience in various aspects of film production and post-production.

Technical Proficiency:

Demonstrated experience with DSLR (or equivalent) production and editing workflows, with applied skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.

Portfolio:

A unique creative portfolio that demonstrates a diversity of work.

Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience in sports marketing, the full Adobe Creative Suite, and multi-disciplinary art environments.

Compensation:

This is a contracted position, so salary range is not negotiable: $40,000-42,000/year
