Job Summary
Under general supervision, this position will support executive communications and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives by developing content, coordinating programs, and executing high-impact communications across internal and external channels.
This role works closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business to translate executive-level strategy into clear, compelling messaging that drives alignment, engagement, and results.
The Marketing Communications Specialist will play a key role in shaping how strategy comes to life for employees, working on high-visibility initiatives and supporting executive programs in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Draft executive communications for executive-level programs, including leadership messages, scripts and internal announcements
Support executive thought leadership efforts, including speaking engagements, LinkedIn content and media opportunities
Assist in the development and execution of strategic communications plans aligned to enterprise priorities
Contribute to storytelling initiatives that highlight employee impact, innovation and company strategy
Assist in managing enterprise campaigns, live events and company initiatives, including project coordination across cross‑functional teams through project management tools to track progress and deliverables
Ensure alignment across internal communication channels, including activation and timing of messaging
Manage deliverables such as agendas, presentations and supporting materials
Maintain executive communications reporting and ongoing program reporting to inform strategy and continuous improvement
Maintain SOPs for executive communications programs
Manage executive materials, including bios, headshots and communication assets
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, English or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 1‑3 years of related work experience in corporate communications, public relations, content creation, editing, publishing, planning and project management.
Demonstrated knowledge of internal and change communications best practices
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Ability to collaborate across teams and work with senior stakeholders and executive leaders
Compensation
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
