Fall 2026 Emerging Talent Associate — Music Ops Internship

Warner Music Group is offering a paid internship as an Emerging Talent Associate (ETA) in Los Angeles. This program provides hands-on experience in the music industry while allowing participants to engage in strategic department activities. ETAs will work 20-25 hours per week and have the chance to attend workshops and gain industry insights.
Ideal candidates are passionate about the music industry, possess strong communication skills, and can commit to the required hours. The internship lasts for varying durations, starting on August 31, 2026.
