Job Description
Only qualified Copywriter candidates located near Dallas, TX to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence.

Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Experience leveraging Copilot AI Agents and other AI tools.

SharePoint, Adobe, analytics tools.

Experience developing best-in-class, industry-leading customer-facing service communications including but not limited to Product launches, pricing changes, onboarding, and CPNI incidents.

Experience communicating with Stakeholders.

Experience drafting and refining customer-facing communications.

Roles And Responsibilities

Spearhead evolution of AI-enabled, human inspected agentic workflows to develop more efficient and scalable processes across AT&T Business communications.

Support integration of tech platforms that improve communications and onboarding, including SharePoint, Adobe, analytics tools, and future MarTech capabilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive automation opportunities and process improvements that reduce manual work and improve speed to market.

Develop best-in-class, industry-leading customer-facing service communications including but not limited to Product launches, pricing changes, onboarding, and CPNI incidents.

Exemplify passion and expertise for putting customer at the center of every communication.

Partner with stakeholders to gather inputs, ask the right questions, and turn intake requests into polished communication drafts.

Draft and refine customer-facing communications across AT&T Business – ensuring messaging is consistent, customer-centric, and aligned with Brand voice.

Leverage Copilot AI Agents and other AI tools to continuously optimize copy based on performance insights and stakeholder feedback.
