What You'll Do

Work on all print related projects assigned from the Advertising Department

Work with Sr. Director and Project Managers to complete and meet deadlines on assigned projects

Communicate regularly with Sr. Director on job progress and to clarify questions to facilitate a smooth project flow

Receive job requests from Project Managers, review project information from SILA (In-House Project Management Software) and handle as appropriate

Stay up to date on software and design trends

Depending on project, design and follow through on production completion

What You'll Bring

Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is mandatory

Fundamental working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

Experience in Advertising/Print; agency experience a plus

Experience in design/ resizing for ads, packaging, layout design, branding and logo design, OOH, POP and tradeshow design

Retouching and web experience a plus

Must be comfortable with a Mac environment

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline driven environment

Good communication/ time management skills mandatory

Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills & able to understand priorities of tasks

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Design/Visual Communication

3 years+ graphic design experience in a corporate environment

Experience in and knowledge of design process

Experience in and knowledge of production process

The pay range for this role is $85,000-$95,000/yr USD.
