Art Director
The Art Director will be responsible for ideating, conceptualizing, crafting, and overseeing the brand identity for our clients, from the initial stages of a project through to a campaign being launched in the marketplace. The role involves creating key art, logos, typography, and brand assets for Broadway shows and other live‑entertainment properties, presenting concepts to clients, maintaining brand guidelines, and collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

Ideate, conceptualize, and develop brand identity and key art for Broadway shows and other live‑entertainment properties.

Collaborate with coworkers during the development process.

Problem‑solve client requests with creative thinking and design solutions.

Present creative solutions and rationale in client meetings.

Oversee consistency and evolution of brands, ensuring they remain on strategy and uphold brand guidelines.

Create high‑quality design work for each project assigned.

Prioritize and complete assignments on a timely basis.

Qualifications

7+ years of creative experience, including graphic design, typography, and brand development.

Ability to present to clients in a personable, persuasive manner; excellent communication skills.

Excellent at multi‑tasking and managing multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong collaborator who works well within a team.

Self‑starter who initiates tasks without direction and is proactive.

Previous experience developing entertainment key art is a plus.

Previous experience with photoshoots and working with photographers is a plus.

Previous experience working with and guiding illustrators is a plus.

Love of theater and knowledge of the industry is a plus.

Salary
$85,000 - $100,000 USD
