Marketing Manager The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining marketing strategies to meet objectives and enhance the image of the hotel. They will evaluate customer feedback, market conditions, and competitor information, to implement marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will help coordinate and execute all marketing, advertising, promotional activities and social media campaigns.
Responsibilities include managing brand agencies for collateral design, organizing special events, researching co-marketing companies, creating unique lifestyle programming, managing PR agencies, monitoring marketing and brand standards, coordinating with the Director of Revenue, supporting website blogs, developing promotions and packages, managing marketing plans, assisting with marketing budgets, overseeing hotel photo shoots, developing property marketing partnership opportunities, managing online reputation, providing support in strategic planning, creating monthly reports, and creating branded presentation documents.
Qualifications include at least 1 to 3 years' experience in Marketing and Communications (hospitality industry experience essential), demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies, strong presentation and communications skills, ability to develop and maintain relationships with external and internal contacts, strong creative mind, knowledge of social media marketing and content creation, ability to deliver strong print and collateral marketing materials, ability to work proficiently in a high-pressure environment, exceptional attention to detail and follow up, ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written, ability to multitask and prioritize, regular attendance, high standards of personal appearance and grooming, compliance with hotel standards and regulations, ability to understand and evaluate complex information, ability to maintain confidentiality, and performing other duties as requested by management.
