The M&V Customer Service manager will work at the front desk serving customers and managing orders.
Order Management
Process customer orders accurately via phone, email, or online systems.
Verify pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
Customer Support
Respond promptly to inquiries regarding products, services, and deliveries.
Resolve complaints and elevate complex issues to management when necessary.
Coordination & Communication
Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
Communicate changes or delays to customers proactively.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
Prepare daily or weekly reports as required.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
1–3 years of customer service experience (food service or distribution industry preferred).
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
