Global Deal Pursuit is a customer engagement team closely aligned with Cloud Go-to-Market objectives to address unique customer needs, win workloads, support Pre-GA offerings, and displace competition. Our team provides custom and standard enablement for Google Customer Solutions sales teams, trusted advisors who maintain a relentless focus on customer success for small and medium‑size businesses.

Responsibilities

Execute critical agreement negotiations and manage lifecycles.

Structure agreement strategy, seller, customer, and partner engagement.

Provide subject‑matter expertise on key initiatives for Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Foster collective knowledge growth and develop targeted solutions.

Drive improvement in our processes and offerings, enhancing workflow hygiene and organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory roles.

5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

Proven experience negotiating business and commercial terms directly with large enterprise customers.

Highly detailed and process‑oriented, with practical experience in vendor management.

Strong background in change management and guiding teams through evolving business landscapes.

A natural curiosity for and adeptness with artificial intelligence technology, particularly how it can be applied to optimize contract workflows.

Exceptional stakeholder management and alignment skills across matrixed organizations.

Benefits
US: $186,000 – $270,000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits.
