With multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Tech Feature Producer to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.

Responsibilities

Help organise, manage and follow up on technical feature groups and ensure delivery according to specs

Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and clarity on objectives and timelines.

Help translate new pipelines, workflows, features, ideas and requests into requirements and actionable production plans

Help setup and administrate production pipelines (Jira, reporting, …)

Help analyse existing solutions, new proposals and propose improvements

As a reality check, play the game and try the features to assess priorities, progress and quality

Prioritise, reprioritise, handle requests

Track work and progress and react accordinglyUnblock, solve or elevate issues, remove distractions

Requirements

Experience in game development and game production

Game programming experience (in C++)

Advanced Jira experience (Admin level)

Adaptable and versatile in managing and following up on complex features across technical domains

Can remain impartial and be the voice of reason in the room

Proficiency with Google Sheets, Jira, Miro, Confluence

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to go into “finishing mode” when needed to close features

Ability to distill complex features into actionable, bite-sized tasks, identifying correct priorities and building clear roadmaps

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to mediate between disciplines while remaining objective and solution-oriented

Great verbal and written communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts

Nice to haves

Experience with multiple platforms

Is a gamer and loves RPGs!

Experience within a custom/in-house engine environment
