Performance Copywriter

Ring & DuChateau Consulting Engineers is seeking a talented Performance Copywriter to join our team. As a leading consulting engineering firm, we are committed to providing innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients. As a Performance Copywriter, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal by crafting compelling and effective copy that showcases our expertise and drives results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and write engaging and persuasive copy for a variety of marketing materials, including website content, brochures, case studies, emails, and more

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns that align with our brand and business objectives

Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to inform copywriting strategies

Edit and proofread all copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines

Work closely with subject matter experts to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear and concise messaging

Stay up-to-date on best practices and industry standards for copywriting and continuously improve our messaging and communication efforts

Support the development of proposals and presentations by providing compelling and persuasive copy

Assist with other marketing and communication projects as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field

3+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles and formats

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail

Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear and compelling messaging

Strong research skills and ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources

Understanding of SEO best practices and experience writing for digital platforms

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

Experience with project management and ability to meet tight deadlines

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Passion for sustainability and the built environment is a plus
