Technical Producer

Our client, a leading organization in the gaming industry, is seeking a Producer 3 to join their team. As a Producer 3, you will be part of the World’s Edge studio supporting game development projects related to the Age of Empires titles. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$50-$55/hour

What’s the Job?

Manage and coordinate multiple game development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align project goals and workflows.

Define project scope, develop schedules, and identify risks to build predictability across initiatives.

Communicate project status, issues, and solutions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Contribute to process improvements and implement tools that enhance team productivity.

What’s Needed?

Minimum of four years of experience as a producer in the gaming industry.

Experience working with Unreal Engine and shipping at least four game titles on PC or Console.

Proficiency with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.

Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
