Brand Activation Manager

to join their team.

Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid)

Pay Range:

$40 - $45 hourly

Contract:

6 - 12 Months (extension possible)

What’s the Job?

Lead day-to-day brand activation and execution for products currently in market, ensuring successful launch and ongoing performance initiatives.

Drive cross-functional marketing projects from planning through execution, partnering with Sales, Insights, Finance, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and agency teams.

Analyze consumer insights, business performance, and market trends to develop strategic recommendations and support business growth.

Manage forecasting, business planning, and project timelines while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Coordinate media, creative, and artwork development with internal and external partners, presenting solutions to key business challenges and ensuring on‑time delivery.

What’s Needed?

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 5–7 years of Brand Management experience.

Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) marketing experience preferred, with a strong emphasis on

in-market brand activation ; activation experience is more important than innovation
ew product development experience.

Strong background in consumer insights, analytics, forecasting, media planning, and packaging/artwork execution.

Proven ability to manage multiple cross‑functional projects simultaneously within a fast‑paced, matrixed organization.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.

Self‑starter with a high level of ownership, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a track record of driving projects from concept through completion with minimal supervision.
