Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator.

NYU Langone Health is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Program Support (Coordinator) to serve the following service lines: Cancer, Radiation Oncology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Otolaryngology, Urology, Ophthalmology. The role collaborates closely with the Marketing Relationship Lead (Director) and Marketing & Communications Program Manager (Senior Manager) affiliated with these service lines to contribute to communications efforts, optimize NYULH marketing strategies, and drive growth. Reporting to the Marketing Relationship Lead, the position supports collaboration of the Communications, Marketing, Government and Community Affairs (CMGCA) department and the respective service line department chairs to achieve strategic objectives and growth targets.

Job Responsibilities
Strategic Program Support

Deliver day-to-day execution of 360‑degree marketing and communications campaigns.

Support service lines with internally and externally facing communications initiatives aligned with service line goals and priorities.

Identify mechanisms to incorporate findings from key metrics provided by the Program Measurement team to enhance current campaigns and optimize outcomes as needed.

Cultivate a deep understanding of the business goals and objectives of the clinical service areas of coverage; support the strategic planning process and critical department meetings as needed.

Assist in identification and assessment of new opportunities for CMGCA‑enabled service line growth, bringing recommendations to the Director for discussion.

Support the CMGCA Program Manager as a key day‑to‑day partner to service line department heads, assisting in execution of marketing and communications strategies.

Play a vital role in triaging and executing requests from department heads, partnering with teams across all departmental COEs.

Facilitate feedback sessions with the internal team, CMGCA Program Manager and Relationship Lead affiliated with these service lines, as well as with external stakeholders.

Document and synthesize service line leaders feedback for the internal team to incorporate into service line strategies and campaigns.

Collaboration

Support collaboration across teams in Brand, Experience, Creative & Design COE, Government and Community Affairs COE, Enterprise Communications COE, Media Relations COE, and Strategy, Digital and Program Measurement COE to deliver successful campaigns aligned with strategic objectives.

Support collaboration with physicians, researchers, and marketing experts to identify growth opportunities and position content effectively.

Educate stakeholders about CMGCAs offerings and how they can support clinical leaders.

Operational Excellence

Efficiently and effectively execute goals and priorities while adhering to organizational standards for delivering excellent work.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Adept at building rapport and exhibiting strong interpersonal skills, with experience building and maintaining relationships.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to learn and apply data‑driven insights.

Proficiency in project management, communication tools, and data analysis.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Detail‑oriented individual with the ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

2 years of experience in communications or marketing.

Experience working with clinical service lines.

Prior experience in healthcare or hospital operations.

Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $66,300.00 - $72,000.00 annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses, incentive, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
