Job Description

We are seeking a proven C&I Senior Relationship Manager to play a key role in growing and deepening our commercial banking portfolio. In this role, you will partner closely with business clients, deliver tailored financial solutions that drive their success, and contribute meaningfully to the bank’s growth.
Responsibilities

Partner closely with business clients to deliver tailored financial solutions that drive their success.
Act as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base, leveraging expertise in credit, business development, and market insights.
Identify opportunities, structure complex solutions, and build long‑term relationships with up‑market clients.
Collaborate across internal teams, influence key credit decisions, and lead strategic client engagements.
Shape the future of our commercial banking presence in the communities served.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a C&I Senior Relationship Manager or equivalent role.
Experience serving commercial businesses with annual revenues up to $250MM.
Established COI network within the Commercial Business GAR segment.
Strong credit, business development, and market‑insight skills.
Preferred: Additional base salary and incentive considered for highly qualified candidates who meet the above qualifications.
