As a Trek Service Technician/Advisor, each day is different. You’ll troubleshoot and repair all kinds of bicycles on the spot and install accessories customers choose for their new bike. You’ll also be the first to try brand‑new models before they roll out on the sales floor. Most importantly, you’ll build relationships with customers who trust you to keep their gear running flawlessly.
Job Description

The role closely supports the Service Manager. When the Service Manager isn’t available, you are the face of the department to customers. The position requires stellar customer service skills and a willingness to learn. You’ll constantly speak with customers to evaluate issues and recommend repairs, so excellent hospitality and communication skills are valued above prior shop experience. Additionally, the role demands strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
