Corporate Account SpecialistFashion Furniture Rental is currently seeking a Full-Time Corporate Account Specialist for our San Diego location. This person will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both our existing customer accounts and our prospective customers. Working with Corporate Housing Accounts and managing all activity while building long lasting relationships. Candidate must be reliable, energetic, customer-friendly, detail-oriented, is coachable and possess excellent time management skills. If this describes you and you want to help grow and service our San Diego County Region, submit your resume today!Our Mission is helping people feel @ home wherever they areBased in San Diego, Fashion serves Southern California, the Bay Area and Dallas/Fort Worth.Essential duties and responsibilities include:Provide excellent customer service to our existing Corporate Housing clientsWorking with Dispatch and Warehouse teams dailyActivity management with fulfilling requests and resolving challenges for accountsDaily problem solving with upper management to ensure the daily activities run smoothlyAdministrative duties and data entry such as: building leases, scheduling activity on daily routesKnowledge of inventory and identifying ongoing inventory challengesReviewing floor plans prior to delivery to ensure furniture selected fits well in unitShow a willingness to do whatever's needed to support our teamRequirements:Ability to work MondayFriday (9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)Customer service experienceMust possess excellent telephone etiquette, communication and organizational skillsApplicants should have exceptional verbal and written skills, specifically the ability to coordinate multiple activities for numerous accounts and feel confident and comfortable working with clients over the phoneCandidate must maintain a willingness and ability to learn and understand our products and procedures.Attention to detailAble to multitask with changing priorities and deadlinesEffective time managementMust be computer savvy; experience with MS Outlook and Office required2-5 years of inside sales experience preferred.Prior Property Management or Rental Industry experience a plusDesign or merchandising experience a plusRetail sales experience a plusOur company is a stable, employee-oriented organization, providing a fun, team-oriented atmosphere.Compensation: D.O.E. $24-$26 per hour
