The Louisville Ballet is looking for a Director of Production to lead all production activities at the Arsht Center. This position involves overseeing a team of 15, managing the full production lifecycle from budgeting to execution, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, experience in an IATSE environment, and a commitment to mentoring emerging theater professionals through the apprenticeship program. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Miami, Florida.
