Responsibilities
- Act as a senior strategic partner to clients, helping them improve creative quality across brand building, campaign development, and in-market optimisation.
- Lead the vision for modern Creative Effectiveness, connecting insight, creative evaluation, media context, and commercial outcomes into a clear client proposition.
- Shape and lead high‑value engagements, including major pitches and renewals, by designing solutions that solve real business challenges.
- Drive growth by working closely with Sales and Strategic Client teams to expand Kantar’s impact with priority clients.
- Represent Kantar externally, building our reputation as a leader in Creative Effectiveness and contributing a strong market point of view.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to articulate compelling POVs on creative trends, influence senior clients, and represent Kantar externally (e.g., pitches, events, stage presence).
- Strong grasp of how brands show up across channels (social, creator platforms, AI‑driven content) and how creative strategy is evolving.
- Significant leadership experience in creative, insight, strategy, media, or consultancy environments, with a strong track record of leading senior client relationships.
- Proven experience helping clients solve business challenges through creative effectiveness, research, or strategic advisory solutions.
- Ability to design and lead complex engagements, influence senior stakeholders, and translate insight into clear commercial impact.
- Strong commercial judgment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritise effectively, and make confident decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence, with the credibility to represent Kantar internally and externally.

Salary Range
The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $200,000/year. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors, which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education, and/or certifications.
