Job Description
GDIT is looking for a strategic marketing professional to join the growing GDIT corporate marketing team. As the Alliances Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and enhancing strategic relationships with key technology partners in the GDIT ecosystem. You will oversee and execute the strategic and tactical development, delivery and measurement of alliance marketing campaigns for GDIT. In this role, you will collaborate with a creative marketing team, technical subject matter experts, and the wider CTO and Growth organization to create best-in-class marketing programs.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the go-to-market strategy and day-to-day marketing direction with our key alliance partners. The candidate will oversee the development of integrated partner marketing campaigns that help position the business for success. This includes maintaining close working relationships with Technology leadership and Growth/Business Development directors to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with Alliance business activities.
This position requires Hybrid to Falls Church, Virginia office 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
Building consultative relationships with subject matter experts, business development/growth and operational teams and GDIT’s extensive technology partner ecosystem
Developing partnership strategies through the identification of shared business interests and the creation of engagement plans that are mapped to business opportunities
Consulting with external marketing vendors as well as media partners in support of co‑marketing campaigns
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers at partner companies through regular communication and engagement
Negotiating co‑marketing agreements that align with business priorities and enterprise objectives
Overseeing the execution of partnership activities, including event planning, customer‑facing workshops, editorial articles, webinars, sponsorships, advertising, etc.
Monitoring partnership performance against key metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying opportunities for optimization.
Proactively identify opportunities for strategic partners to join enterprise marketing campaigns
Working effectively within a large matrixed organization
Qualifications
8+ years of related experience in combined marketing, corporate communications, brand management, and/or public relations agency experience (or 6+ years with Master’s degree)
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Knowledge of US Federal Government IT industry services, systems, and products marketplace and related media.
Experience in cross‑channel marketing communications (PR, events, digital and social media) and partner marketing
Strong and highly effective writing and public speaking skills and interpersonal communication skills.

Location & Work Hours
Hybrid to Falls Church, Virginia office with the expectation of working in the office three (3) days per week.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Travel Required: Less than 10%

Compensation
The likely salary range for this position is $107,744 - $130,065. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
