Director, Data Analytics & Insights

Overview

International Justice Mission (IJM) is a global organization protecting vulnerable people from violence worldwide. We are seeking a Director, Data Analytics & Insights to lead our global understanding of audiences and donors, developing segmentation frameworks, donor motivation models, and behavioral insights that guide marketing and fundraising decisions.
Responsibilities

Develop, own, and implement an insight‑driven development methodology that grounds all initiatives in audience understanding and evidence‑based planning.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions for stakeholders.
Lead and direct the global workflow, prioritization, and project management for the marketing leadership office, ensuring clarity, momentum, and disciplined execution across complex initiatives.
Build and engage cross‑functional relationships to foster adoption of analytics tools and promote a data‑informed culture.
Produce foresight, trend, and learning reports that help the organization anticipate cultural, generational, and sector shifts and adapt strategy accordingly.
Participate in IJM’s community of spiritual formation.
Qualifications

Proven ability to translate human insights, behavioral research, and audience understanding into clear, actionable strategy and creative direction.
Expertise in segmentation, journey mapping, trend analysis, and insight synthesis that shapes global marketing approaches.
Strong strategic leadership and facilitation skills, guiding cross‑functional teams through complex decision‑making and planning processes.
Exceptional organizational, workflow, and project management capabilities at a leadership level.
Ability to build and scale an insight‑driven culture, embedding learning, curiosity, and evidence‑based thinking into team operations.
Maturity in Christian faith aligned with IJM’s spiritual disciplines as part of the organizational culture.
