Factory Mixers

to join our manufacturing team in Norristown, PA. Since 1998, our client has been creating innovative sensory products enjoyed by customers around the world.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position responsible for mixing raw materials, operating production equipment, and ensuring products meet quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
Measure and mix ingredients according to established formulas and production schedules
Operate mixing, batching, and related manufacturing equipment
Monitor product quality throughout the production process
Follow safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures
Maintain accurate production records
Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
Support packaging and production teams as needed
Assist with inventory and material handling tasks
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, production, mixing, or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Available Shifts
1st Shift - 6am - 2pm -- $17.00 per hour
2nd Shift - 2pm - 10pm -- $18.25 per hour
3rd Shift - 10pm - 6am -- $20.00 per hour
