About the Role
Four Points by Sheraton in Novi, MI is looking for a dynamic and driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our revenue growth strategy and elevate our brand presence in the market. Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive hotel revenue and occupancy

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets

Prospect and cultivate relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and group/event clients

Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, and online reputation management

Collaborate with the General Manager on budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management decisions

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and community networking functions

Coordinate with Marriott/Sheraton brand teams to ensure alignment with corporate marketing programs

Requirements

3–5+ years of hotel sales and marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a hospitality environment

Experience with Marriott/Sheraton brand systems (CI/TY, MARSHA, or similar) preferred

Strong knowledge of group sales, corporate accounts, and catering/event sales

Proficiency in revenue management principles and hotel performance metrics

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
