RF Broadcast Engineering Technologist, Senior
The Opportunity
Develops electronic systems and components for use in radio frequency broadcast applications. Applies advanced extensive technical expertise to develop, verify, and install broadcast systems for high impact client applications. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction. Mentors and may supervise team members.
Qualifications
15+ years of experience with broadcast systems in commercial or Government environments
Knowledge of Applicable FCC regulations for broadcast and 2‑way radio stations
Top Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience in broadcast systems or Bachelor’s degree in a Technical, Computer Science, IT Engineering, or Business field and 4+ years of experience in broadcast systems
Completion of FCC General Broadcast License exam for broadcast and 2‑way radio stations
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
Compensation
Salary range: $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
