Marketing Manager

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Santa Ana, CA. The Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to support lead generation, brand awareness, and client engagement for E Mortgage Capital. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and coordinating content creation for email, social media, website, and print.

The role will oversee campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and provide recommendations to improve ROI and conversion rates. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams, manage marketing vendors and budgets, ensure brand consistency, and maintain compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines.

Qualifications

Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns, including brand positioning and messaging.

Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.

Strong skills in marketing analytics and reporting, including use of tools like Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.

Ability to manage projects and timelines, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, and oversee external agencies or vendors.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.

Proven experience in financial services or mortgage/real‑estate marketing is preferred, with familiarity of compliance and regulatory considerations.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on‑site in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Comfort with marketing design principles and tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Sitting or standing at a computer workstation and viewing monitor(s) for prolonged periods of time.

Lift up to 30 pounds for tasks as necessary.

May occasionally work beyond posted work hours as well as overtime.
