Overview
Card Pricing Product Manager will contribute to the way we manage the disclosed credit card terms on a customer’s account by partnering with cross‑functional teams to build and refine pricing capabilities that influence the customer experience and support strategic business initiatives. This position sits within the Marketing, Growth & Innovation organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group.
Responsibilites
- Partner across various teams in the Card and Connected Commerce organizations to drive an understanding of problem statements, use cases, and business requirements
- Exercise strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to get deep into customer journeys and product impacts, and manage competing priorities
- Manage, prioritize and deliver multiple epics and user stories simultaneously
- Collaborate across functional teams (product, tech, data and design) for successful and timely project execution
- Provide managerial oversight and support to other product team members
- Communicate (both verbal and written) technical and non‑technical updates to executives via decks and reports
- Promote a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what’s best for the customer
- Partner across product and technology to create test plans for developed capabilities with an automation mindset
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 8+ years of product work experience in product development or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with functional areas to drive successful and timely project execution
- Proven ability to operate within Agile methodology
- Expertise in agile processes and principles; experience with modern technology stacks, including cloud, big data, microservices, APIs, etc.
- Experience influencing others, directly or indirectly, in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and cross‑functional environment
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
- Experience in fintech or financial services industry
