For our client, we are seeking a Director Product Marketing Prodesign to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Compensation
$221,000 – $320,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the go-to-market strategy for innovative AI products
- Drive the GTM strategy and business success for flagship products like Illustrator and InDesign
- Lead the annual and 3-year business planning processes and strategy development
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform product strategy
- Recruit and inspire a high-performing product marketing team within the design community
- Mobilize cross-functional teams to implement the GTM strategy effectively
- Develop partnerships and distribution strategies to broaden the company’s ecosystem presence
Qualifications
- 10+ years of senior product marketing experience, ideally at a GM level
- Hands‑on experience with AI products, particularly agentic or generative AI
- Strong partnership with product teams, shaping roadmaps based on customer insights
- Track record in leading major marketing launches and connecting them to business metrics
- Ability to align cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed environments
- Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills
