We are seeking a dedicated and organized Managing Director to oversee a team of 10 individuals responsible for distributing flyers across the Bronx for the Bronxnourish food program. As a Managing Director, your primary responsibilities include:
- Managing and supervising a team of 10 flyer distributors
- Ensuring thorough distribution by inspecting work on the streets and taking pictures for verification
- Refilling flyers and assigning distributors to specific routes and streets daily
- Developing and optimizing daily distribution routes for the entire team
Requirements:
- Strong management skills are essential
- Must have a car for transportation and oversight duties
Experience: Required
Languages: English – Advanced
Employment: Full-time
Schedule: Sunday to Friday
Salary: $25 – $30 hourly
